Winner will be announced October 1st, 2024. 

Eligibility, Validity and Other Requirements:

1. Void where prohibited by law.  
2. Only individuals may enter. 
3. All entry forms purchased must have proper legal information on it. i.e., name, address, and phone number. If the wrong information is on the ticket, it will be null and void. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure the information is correct.
4. Participants must be 18 years of age or older.   If a winner is under the age of 18 or ineligible to receive a prize under relevant state, federal or local laws and regulations, the prize will be forfeited and no substitution will be provided.
5. This prize is non-transferable and there is no prize substitution.
6. Winners will be notified by phone.  
7. Entry constitutes consent for the use of the name of the winner. 
8.  Winner must provide proof of age and a photo identification prior to taking possession of the prize.
9. In the event the 50/50 Raffle winner is not awarded due to ineligibility or goes unclaimed, a new winner will be selected.
10. No refunds whatsoever for improper information on ticket. No refunds if you are not eligible to take possession of prizes.

Disclaimer:

The Mammoth Site is required to report the winner’s name and amount to the IRS if the prize amount exceeds $600. If the prize equals more than $5,000, The Mammoth Site must withhold 25% of the winnings and report it on Form W-2G and send Form 1099 to the winner. Raffle ticket sales are not tax-deductible.
